* Coordinate import and export shipments, including documentation and compliance.
* Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
* Ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with international trade regulations.
* Manage HTS classification, INCOTERMS, and country of origin details
* Track shipments and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
