Business Operations Engineer

We're looking for a technically-savvy and strategically-minded Senior Business Applications Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and GTM strategy. You'll serve as a key bridge between technical execution and business outcomes, supporting cross-functional initiatives, driving process automation, and optimizing our GTM stack.

What You'll Do:
HubSpot Mastery: Own, administer, and extend our HubSpot platform; create custom solutions, workflows, and automations to support marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain integrations between HubSpot (and other platforms) with tools like Make.com, n8n, Retool, and other SaaS solutions.
JavaScript Engineering: Leverage your JavaScript expertise to solve business automation challenges, customize SaaS workflows, and build custom apps/extensions where needed.This will be done in Make custom apps, Hubspot UI extensions, Zendesk apps, and more.
Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in our GTM processes; propose, build, and launch solutions that increase revenue performance and cross-team alignment.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to scope, plan, and deliver technical and process-oriented projects.
Project Management: Drive initiatives from discovery to deliveryscoping requirements, prioritizing projects, managing timelines, and executing hands-on.
Documentation & Enablement: Create clear, concise documentation and provide training for end-users on automation and process changes.
Data Quality: Implement processes and automation to improve data quality throughout our GTM systems.
