The Service operations coordinator will take part in the companys global service infrastructure, ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to business growth
Responsibilities
Local market customers cases management
Proactive support- team assignments
Global support tier 3 cases escalations follow-up
Sub-contractors assignment and working order and approval process
Local techs spare parts inventories overseeing
Local Market service agreement:
Alignment with the sales team
Support entitlement management
After hours and weekends on call scheduling
Periodical KPI reports preparations.
