Architect and implement complex systems across Front-End and back-end
Establish coding standards, review code, and promote best practices
Identify and remove blockers to keep the team productive and motivated What we expect from you Experience managing multidisciplinary software teams
Strong coding skills in both React and C ++
Ability to make technical decisions balancing quality, performance, and deadlines
Excellent communication skills and team-building mindset
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
