We are looking to hire an experienced Fraud and Credit risk analyst. Balance is scaling fast, and we are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in fighting fraud and/or in credit underwriting.
The ideal candidate would be one that has strong analytical skills, but is also a great story teller, who can bring data insights into actionable decisions and developments.
You would need to be highly independent, work fast with minimal guidance, and make decisions sensibly.This is a unique opportunity. Analyzing and unearthing fraud trends, scoping, sizing and thinking about the ideal solutions for them, while balancing coverage and accuracy.
Underwriting businesses and working on improving underwriting logics
Continuous work with stakeholders on business needs and expansion of the fraud prevention capabilities.

Requirements:
3-5 years working as a fraud or Credit analyst or decision scientist in the fraud or credit risk domains. Experience in both domains - an advantage
2+ years experience working with complex datasets
High level of SQL (Not running pre-defined queries)
