We are seeking a Performance Marketing team leader to join a Leading Global Digital Marketing Company in Tel-Aviv (hybrid)!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative environment and lead a talented team of marketing professionals.

Performance Marketing: Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for outlining and overseeing measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
Client Management: Lead and manage client relationships, taking accountability for your clients' portfolio. You will act as a consultative partner to clients, providing strategic guidance and expertise.
People Management: Manage and mentor a small team of performance marketing Account Managers and Account Strategists, fostering their professional growth and

Requirements:
B.A. / B.Sc. or equivalent degree is a must. An MBA is a plus.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing campaigns on relevant digital platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
Fluency in English is a must. Hebrew fluency is a plus.
Experience working with global clients in the online advertising industry is a significant advantage.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing professional employees.
High level of analytical skills, working with data
proficiency in Excel.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a natural ability to drive people.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
