We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with expertise in matrix management and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex IT infrastructure and collaborating with development department and various organizational partners.
Program leadership: Lead and manage multiple related IT infrastructure projects within a matrix environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, provide updates and resolve issues.
Performance Tracking: Monitor program progress, utilizing KPIs and metrics to evaluate and inform decision-making.

Requirements:
BSc in Software Engineering\Computer Science or related fields.
5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on IT infrastructure and matrix management.
In-depth knowledge of RPAS IT systems and their integration within the broader IT Infrastructure landscape.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mange competing priorities.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and risk management practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and other relevant software.
