About the Role:
Were seeking a highly organized and client-focused Freight Forwarding Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and build strong relationships with key customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless coordination of international shipments and delivering top-tier service across air, ocean, and ground logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end shipment processes for assigned clients, including booking, documentation, tracking, and issue resolution.
Act as a liaison between clients, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
Monitor and analyze KPIs for account performance; identify opportunities for optimization.
Provide regular status updates and proactive communication to clients.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with logistics software and TMS platforms preferred.
3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of import/export procedures and international trade documentation.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with logistics software and TMS platforms preferred.
