Product Owner

Youll own the product vision, prioritize development work, and ensure seamless collaboration across stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:

* Act as the key stakeholder and decision-maker for product and feature development within Agile teams.
* Define, prioritize, and refine product requirements-ensuring they are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.
* Collaborate closely with R&D Directors, Engineering, and Field teams to translate business needs into high-impact user stories.
* Work with Release Managers and Technical Leads to define scope and priorities for development cycles.
* Develop detailed functional specifications and maintain a groomed product backlog.
* Ensure alignment and communication across stakeholders at every stage of the product lifecycle.
* Inspire and empower development teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions with urgency and purpose.
