Were looking for a highly motivated, English-native Talent Sourcer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to break into the world of recruitment and talent acquisition. No prior experience? No problem. Well teach you everything you need to know.
As a Talent Sourer, youll be the first to identify and engage high-potential candidates. Youll reach out, spark interest, and qualify fit - all while helping drive our fast-paced hiring efforts. Curiosity, adaptability, and great communication skills are key to succeeding in this role.
What You'll Be Doing
Researching and identifying top talent across platforms like LinkedIn and beyond
Writing outreach messages that capture attention and generate interest
Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Managing and updating candidate pipelines and databases
Conducting research and using social media creatively to find top talent
Working hours: 12:0021:00 Israel time (to align with U.S. time zones).

Requirements:
Native-level English both written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Naturally curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and platforms
No previous experience required just the right mindset.
