Medical Device Manufacturing Company Multidisciplinary Systems
Location: Haifa

A rare opportunity to join a small and high-quality team and lead end-to-end development of complex medical systems. This role combines hands-on engineering with direct team leadership and project management.

Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
Direct leadership of a multidisciplinary R D team (mechanical, electronics, software)
Hands-on involvement in design, testing, and product improvement
Coordination across internal teams and external suppliers
Developing R D strategies, innovation, and process improvements
Ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and quality standards

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Electronics Engineering
Practical experience in electronic design circuit design, schematic drawing, analog/digital components
At least 5 years of experience in multidisciplinary medical device development
Proven experience in direct team leadership
Deep understanding of mechanical design including integration with electronics and software
Practical experience in mechanical design with emphasis on plastic parts an advantage
Familiarity with medical device regulations (ISO 13485, FDA)
High level of technical English written and spoken
Strong technical leadership combined with a strategic mindset
