Global IT Infrastructure & Cloud team leader

We are seeking an experienced Global IT Infrastructure & Cloud team leader to oversee the design, implementation, and management of the companys global IT infrastructure and cloud technologies. This leadership role is responsible for both technical excellence and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven people management skills, capable of leading both individuals and complex programs. Experience with data center migrations and cloud transformation is a significant advantage. Role Overview You will lead a global team responsible for the companys core infrastructure technologies, ensuring availability, performance, and security across worldwide operations. This includes evaluating emerging technologies, designing scalable solutions, implementing and maintaining systems, and ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of IT professionals to achieve high performance, deliver on goals, and foster a collaborative work environment.
* Oversee the planning, architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing management of global IT infrastructure systems.
* Manage and develop team members, including recruitment, onboarding, training, career development, and performance reviews.
* Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of infrastructure systems, including proactive monitoring and risk mitigation.
* Drive the development and enforcement of systems, policies, and procedures.
* Lead incident response efforts to quickly restore operations, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
* Manage infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Administer and optimize technologies under team responsibility, applying best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
* Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
