Required Manager, Software Engineering (Backend Software Engineer Team Lead)
Lead a team of Software engineers responsible for building scalable, resilient, and secure services for one of our new core products.
Own the teams roadmap and deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution from research to deployment.
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineering teams to build the right solutions for our customers.
Be accountable for technical decisions, uphold high engineering standards, and continuously refine the teams practices.
Coach and mentor engineers to help them grow professionally and technically.
Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Lead a team of Software engineers responsible for building scalable, resilient, and secure services for one of our new core products.

Requirements:
7+ years in a software development role
3+ years of leading software development teams
Experience Golang, NodeJS and AWS services
Experience with microservices architectures and message broker tools (e.g. SQS) - a major advantage
Strong knowledge in software design and passion for creating high-standard code
Proven ability to lead, mentor and drive people
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and in English.

3+ years of leading software development teams
