Business Project Manager

Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join us on our mission to simplify decision-making for millions!

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional with excellent communication skills to join the Business Project Management team.

The Business Project Manager role is a knowledgeable focal point responsible for business operations, managing key processes, new business initiatives, and internal day-to-day technical work, which is crucial to the accomplishment of NI's business goals.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day operations for the business department, including onboarding new partners, reviewing business reports, affiliate tracking setup, and more.
Serving as a knowledgeable focal point of key processes, business initiatives, and internal resources to assist the business team in achieving their goals.
Mastering various platforms such as Salesforce, monday.com, Jira, and Tableau.
Own the team's operative processes and the optimization of business workflows.
Work closely with multiple departments such as Product, Content, and R&D, to launch new growth initiatives.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in managing multiple interfaces and business processes
Exceptional communication and social skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree
Detail-oriented, problem solver, and team player
Tech-savvy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience with business applications (Salesforce) and BI tools (Tableau) - an advantage
Experience in an online marketing company - an advantage
High-level English - Must
