?Key Responsibilities: Annual planning of the work plan and ongoing monitoring during the planning process Quarterly planning of the work plan, including monitoring during the planning process, comparing planning vs. execution, and tracking quarterly KPIs Monitoring and control of the implementation of the work plan Monitoring and control of project and unit budget utilization Ongoing prioritization of tasks within the work plan Supporting project and resource planning Collecting, consolidating, and monitoring all aspects of the project (risks, budgets, resources, etc.) Identifying and escalating key issues to relevant stakeholders Providing visibility into the status of the project and/or portfolio to monitoring and control functions, including senior management Implementing cross-organizational and professional processes and tools for project management within the project team
