About the Role
We are seeking a system Engineer to join our facility.
This is a high-impact role involving full engineering responsibility for complex air defense systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end engineering ownership of air defense systems.
- Cross-disciplinary engineering work across missile systems, command and control (C2), radar, simulation analysis, and flight control diagnostics.
- Supporting live-fire TEST campaigns in Israel and abroad.
- Defining system requirements, TEST protocols, and performance metrics.
- Designing processes and algorithms, and overseeing implementation.
- Managing subcontractor relationships.
- Verifying system performance via simulation, lab testing, and operational deployments.

Requirements:
What Were Looking For:
- BSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering required.
- Advanced degrees advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering required.
- Experience in air defense systems major advantage.
- Familiarity with systems engineering tools (e.g., Polarion, QC) advantage.
- Experience working with AI tools advantage.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) required.
- Proficiency in MATLAB and Excel required.
- Willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
