Professional Services Firm in Tel Aviv is looking for a Head Bookkeeper to join their financial team.

Key Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for bookkeeping up to trial balance (Level 3).

Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly closings.

Oversee and process payroll (preferred).

Prepare financial reports and support internal financial planning.

Work directly with external auditors (CPA) during audits and year-end processes.

Liaise with Israeli tax authorities and ensure full compliance with tax regulations (VAT, B2B, etc.).

Interface with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Monitor cash flow and support budget implementation.

Collaborate with management on financial decision-making.

Requirements:
Requirements:
Certified Bookkeeper Level 3 עד מאזן.

7-10 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.

Proven experience working with external auditors and tax authorities in Israel.

Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

High-level proficiency in professional English both spoken and written.

Strong Excel skills; proficiency in חשבשבת (preferred).

Payroll experience an advantage.

Ability to work independently with initiative and a proactive mindset ("ראש גדול").

Previous experience in a Professional Services firm a strong advantage.
