* Respond & Protect: Manage incidents, prepare disaster recovery, and keep business running strong.
* Partner for Security: Lead security for vendor selection and lifecycle management.

* Bachelors (Masters preferred) in relevant field.
* Top security certs ( CISSP, CISM, etc.).
* 15+ years in cybersecurity/IT, including 10+ in senior leadership.
* Global, preferably industrial/public company experience.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
