Were looking for a creative and results-driven Learning Content Developer to craft compelling, role-based training experiences across departmentssales, technical, operations, and customer-facing teams.

In this role, youll design and produce onboarding, ongoing, and just-in-time training content that educates, engages, and enables teams to excel in a rapidly growing, cybersecurity-focused company.

The role is based in Israel.

What You Will Do:
Own the creation and delivery of all learning contentlive, recorded, and hybrid formats.
Partner with subject matter experts to build role-based, outcome-driven learning paths.
Design training for onboarding, upskilling, and remediation across departments: sales, customer success, support, R&D.
Translate technical and business concepts into clear, effective learning modules.
Manage course development from storyboarding to production and deployment via our LMS.

Requirements:
Experience in training delivery, LMS platforms and development of training materials
Experience with course authoring tools and content editing tools, e.g., Camtasia, Adobe and Articulate, AI tools etc.
Familiar with the principles of Instructional Design and keeping track of relevant trends
Excellent English
