We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Department! If you are at the beginning of your professional career, with a passion for analytical work, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in the field this is your opportunity! What you'll be doing: Building annual budgets and supporting the budgeting and control processes Conducting economic analyses and generating regular reports Daily work with Excel, BI systems, and other financial tools Collaboration with cross-functional departments (Finance, Operations, Management)

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Economics / Accounting / Business Administration required Up to two years of experience in a financial analyst role or relevant internship High proficiency in Excel required (including complex functions and data analysis) Experience in budgeting and/or budget control advantage Analytical thinking, high learning ability, attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team Familiarity with budget vs. actual analysis required Technological orientation and ability to work with financial systems Advantages: Experience in a medium-to-large company Accounting knowledge significant advantage Personal resilience, ability to work under pressure, and independence Proactive and fast learner If you're looking for the next step in your career and want to join a professional and leading team we would love to hear from you!
