We are looking for a FED Infrastructure Team Lead.
As the FED Infrastructure Team Lead, you'll lead a full-stack infrastructure team to build high-scale, high-impact internal platforms and tools for hundreds of frontend developers .
You'll be responsible for shaping a strong team culture, driving technical excellence, and ensuring impactful delivery. In your day-to-day, you will:
Lead a team developing high-scale internal platforms and tools for frontend developers .
Support and mentor team members, providing feedback and growth opportunities .
Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation to rollout and continuous iteration
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineering stakeholders .
Recruit, onboard, and integrate new team members to shape a collaborative team model .
Drive a culture of ownership, experimentation, and fast, high-quality delivery.

2+ years of experience in a team leadership or significant technical leadership role .
Proven track record of leading major initiatives and delivering high-quality results .
Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js .
Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Rollup), CI/CD systems, and cloud/backend development .
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teammates and partners .
Passion for developer experience and building tools that elevate engineering workflows.
2+ years of experience in a team leadership or significant technical leadership role .
Proven track record of leading major initiatives and delivering high-quality results .
Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js .
Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Rollup), CI/CD systems, and cloud/backend development .
