We are looking for a Cybersecurity Program Lead to own and drive cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives across product and engineering teams.
In this strategic role, you will define methodologies, align stakeholders, and ensure security is integrated into product development processes at scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead cybersecurity planning and execution across multiple engineering teams and product lines.
Define roles, workflows, and best practices for embedding security into R&D lifecycles.
Coordinate with system architects, developers, and program managers to ensure consistent and effective security implementation.
Identify cross-organizational security needs and drive the development of scalable solutions.
Track progress, report risks, and oversee governance across ongoing security efforts.
Support strategic planning and prioritization of engineering security initiatives.
Interface with compliance, risk, and regulatory stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technical program management, or engineering leadership roles.
Strong understanding of secure development lifecycles, risk analysis, and product security.
Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives in complex technical environments.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong stakeholder alignment abilities.
