Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our core backend teams and help us on our mission in developing life saving software!
The Role:
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for designing, building and advancing the scalable and robust backend part of the platform which is responsible for ingesting, and processing large volumes of medical data coming from all our enabled hospitals.
You will be responsible for:
Building a scalable, always on, mission critical medical data ingestion platform
Building and mentoring the team. Own the mission, execution, morale, and code quality of your team.
Working closely with the AI group to easily and seamlessly integrate AI models into the software pipeline.
Working with other engineering and product teams to ensure the solution is aligned with the product and business vision
Being an enabler for the companys growth.
