HR Analytics and Operation

looking for HR analytics and operations. This is a rare opportunity to combine analytics, HR, and operations. Our main purpose will be to shape the future of our organization by defining the analytical layer of HR, monitoring trends, and delivering actionable insights. The role also includes data operations, automation, and process optimization.
What am I going to do?:

* Analyze data from a variety of internal and external systems to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations
* Build dashboards and reports for various stakeholders, define HR KPIs, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data
* Produce ad-hoc analyses to explore specific questions and provide data -driven insights about our workforce
* Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to automate processes using HRIS tools
* Solve problems creatively by designing scalable and tech-enabled solutions to operational challenges
* Develop user-friendly processes, work instructions, and documentation to support HR operations
* Lead and support continuous process improvement initiatives, using tools and technology to enhance HR services
* Maintain, update, and validate employee data within the HR Information system
