R&D Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic value and deliver measurable results across the organization. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a portfolio of related projects aligned to business goals. You will ensure that dependencies, risks, resources, and communications are well managed to enable consistent and successful outcomes. What am I going to do?:
Lead and manage end-to-end execution of programs across multiple teams or departments.
* Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, roadmaps, and measurable goals.
* Align stakeholders and teams around program vision, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
* Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects.
* Develop and maintain detailed program documentation, reports, and updates for leadership.
* Ensure that resources are effectively allocated and budgets are adhered to.
* Facilitate effective communication, governance, and decision-making throughout the program lifecycle.
* Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across program workstreams.
