Head of Cybersecurity (5735) we are looking for a Head of Cybersecurity to lead the companys global cybersecurity vision, strategy, and governance.
This role carries full ownership of cybersecurity policies, risk management, and enterprise-wide protection across business units, IT, cloud infrastructure, and operational technology environments. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the company's cybersecurity strategy
Lead security operations, incident response, and threat mitigation
Manage risk assessments and vulnerability management processes
Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures
Oversee security architecture across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
Coordinate security awareness and training across teams
Collaborate with IT, DevOps, engineering, and legal teams
Report to senior leadership on cyber posture, risks, and incidents Requirements:
Relevant formal education in cybersecurity mandatory
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position
Strong hands-on experience with security technologies, SIEM, and network defense
Deep understanding of threat modeling, security operations, and compliance standards
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Fluent in English
