Lead structural design, analysis, and verification processes
Manage and mentor an engineering teams
Approve structural calculations, reports, and drawings
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: design, systems, manufacturing, and testing
Support technical reviews and customer-facing engineering discussions Requirements:
B.Sc. in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering mandatory
6+ years of experience in structural engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
