We are looking for a Motion Designer.
As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives through motion, built on a strong foundation of design principles. You understand how to design for motion using composition, typography, and color, ensuring that movement serves as a natural extension of the brands visual identity and storytelling.
In your day-to-day, youll:
Develop styleframes & storyboards to establish the creative directio for projects.
Shape brand aesthetics through directing motion, ensuring consistency across digital platforms.
Collaborate with designers, animators, editors, and 3D artists to bring concepts to life.
Work closely with creatives and marketers to translate ideas into compelling motion visuals.
Think beyond animationfocus on storytelling, product experience, and visual impact.
Stay ahead of trendsexplore new techniques in motion design, branding, and interactive visuals.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer with a strong design-first approach and expertise in typography, color theory, and composition
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe applications (like Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects), Familiarity with 3D workflows and an openness to AI-enhanced design tools.
A sharp eye for aestheticsYou know how to craft beautiful, effective, and brand-consistent motion work.
Strong conceptual thinkerYou can ideate, sketch, and design motion-based storytelling .
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Proactive and independentYou take initiative, adapt quickly, and can lead motion design projects from start to finish.
