We are looking for a skilled SAP BASIS Consultant to manage, maintain, and optimize SAP environments across multiple platforms and technologies. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP BASIS administration, system performance, cloud infrastructure, and cross-module SAP technologies. A full-time, hybrid position, based in Central Israel.
?Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (HANA, ABAP, JAVA, S/4HANA, etc.)
* Perform ongoing system monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, backups, and disaster recovery
* Support development teams and coordinate with SAP support for issue resolution
* Manage cloud infrastructure, implement system upgrades, migrations, and document operational procedures
?Key Responsibilities:

* Perform ongoing system monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, backups, and disaster recovery

Requirements:
* Proven experience with SAP HANA: installations, troubleshooting, authorizations, daily operations, backups, restores, system copies, performance tuning, DR, modeling
* Hands-on experience in ABAP & JAVA systems: installations, maintenance, authorizations, system copies, Developer support, DR, and performance improvements
* Experience working with S/4HANA: migrations, maintenance, system usage, and user interface
* Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, SAP Cloud), SAP BTP, and SAP SF
* Proficiency in operating systems ( Linux, Windows), scripting, and automation
* Broad understanding and hands-on experience with various SAP technologies: ERP, ISU, CRM, PI/PO, BW, PORTAL, NW Gateway, Fiori, SAPUI5, SolMan, SLT, GRC, PPM, IXOS
* Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
* Strong communication skills, including experience working with SAP Support
* Ability to write technical documentation (procedures, recommendations, LLDs)
* Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving technological improvements
