Role Overview As a DevOps Engineer youll join a dynamic engineering team and work closely with our Director of DevOps, software developers, and DBAs. You will own the design, deployment, and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable delivery of our mission-critical services.
Key Responsibilities CI/CD Management: Deploy, manage and administer Jenkins/Bitbucket Pipelines/CodeDeploy (or similar) to automate builds, tests and releases Infrastructure as Code: Design and maintain Terraform or CloudFormation templates for multi-region AWS deployments Containerization & Orchestration: Build Docker images and orchestrate services on ECS (or Kubernetes) Pipeline Orchestration: Automate end-to-end delivery workflows across development, staging and production Monitoring & Alerting: Implement observability (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana) and incident-response playbooks Collaboration: Partner with product, QA and security teams to codify best practices in deployment, security and performance Optimization: Continuously tune infrastructure for reliability, cost-efficiency and security at scale

* 3 + years hands-on experience managing AWS services (IAM, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudFront)
* Strong IaC skills using Terraform or CloudFormation
* Proven Docker expertise and ECS/Kubernetes orchestration
* Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash or PowerShell
* Experience deploying production-grade solutions with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, etc.)
* Deep understanding of production-ops concerns: security, scalability, monitoring and performance
* Excellent communication, teamwork and time-management skills in fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in FinTech or regulated environments (e.g. SRD II compliance)
* Familiarity with GitOps tools (Argo CD, Flux) and service meshes
* AWS, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or HashiCorp (Terraform) certifications
* Agile/Scrum experience and a passion for continuous improvement
