Are you a retired or semi-retired tech professional eager to stay active and put your deep system knowledge to use in a meaningful, modern setting?
AGURA, part of the OMC Group, is a fast-growing fintech startup inviting experienced minds to join us whether youre interested in part-time, full-time, or advisory work.
We welcome veterans of software engineering, QA, systems architecture, or tech leadership who bring clarity, structure, and real-world insight to tech challenges.
What Were Looking For:
retired or semi-retired tech professional
Strong background in systems, infrastructure, or software development
Hands-on experience with MySQL, Linux, Git, and REST APIs
Curiosity and openness to new tools well train you in cutting-edge AI dev tools: Copilot, Cursor, ClaudeCode, and OpenAI/GPT APIs
Bonus if youve worked with Redis, AI-driven IDEs, or fintech systems
