Education Recommendations

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field;

Nokia Converge Charging (NCC) R&D team is looking for fresh students(Interns) who can join their R&D teams for 12 months internship . Interns will work with R&D scrum teams to develop Proof of Concepts (PoC) around Automations, AI/ML, New tools, New Frameworks. They will also get opportunity to work on Real Time Rating & Charging telecom applications where they may develop or test new features, fix defects, do test automations. They will be trained on required product skills.
As part of our team, you will be:

Developing and maintaining software solutions by writing clean, efficient code in Java or Python.
Working with databases and operating systems, including Linux or UNIX, to ensure smooth data operations.
Applying networking and telecom fundamentals to enhance software functionality and integration.
Following SDLC best practices to contribute to structured software development, including testing, debugging, and documentation.
Exploring and integrating emerging technologies, such as Cloud, AI/ML, and Web Services (SOAP, XML, REST), where applicable.
Collaborating within a multicultural team, effectively communicating and contributing to discussions and problem-solving.
Required skills:

Must have:

Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Hands-on experience with JAVA or Python
Hands-on experience with any Database and Linux or UNIX
Knowledge of Networking and/or Telecom fundamentals
Quick learning ability for key skills required for the product
Good team player, capable of working within multicultural teams
Clarity of thought and good communication skills

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Cloud, AI/ML
Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP, XML, REST)
Experience with Networking and/or Telecom fundamentals (if not mandatory)
