We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analytics Manager to join us:
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the functional departments to develop a set of OKRs and KPI-driven data stories tracking and evaluating the planning and execution processes of the department.
Develop with management a set of dashboards and reports to track and analyze the departments OKRs and KPI-based data driven stories in real time.
Design with the department and management a set of triggers with actions around the data stories
Design with the department data-driven planning and execution business processes using the data stories and triggers
Develop a system that implements the data stories and makes them available to all members of the department based on role and responsibility
Train the department in using these tools to implement the planning and execution processes.
Iterate with the department around the system capabilities and continue to evolve it in lock step with the evolving business needs
Address point data and analytics needs from the department as they arise
Develop a system for management that implements the dashboards and reports, allowing for real time tracking of the business as well as the business processes with early warning triggers
Promote the use of new tools, and in particular AI, to enhance the Analytics capabilities provided to the departments
Develop shared methodologies and tools between the BAs in the team
Hire and manage a team of Business and Data Analysts to cover all departments in the organization and allow for a vertically integrated service. From a business objective to a data story to a process and a working system to support it.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a managerial role leading Business or Data Analytics teams, including hiring, team building, and embedding methodologies and processes.
Proven experience in business analytics, FP&A, strategic performance analytics, or business performance tracking, in tech environments preferably SaaS.
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining KPI models, dashboards, and analytics tools in cross-functional settings.
Strong proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data querying languages (SQL, Python).
Deep understanding of business performance metrics, especially in SaaS environments.
Strong business acumen with the ability to tell a clear story with data and influence through insight.
Strategic and structured thinker with strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across business functions.
Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field required; master's degree an advantage.
