We are looking for a responsible, independent professional Controller, a team player who can work in a fast-growing company and is able to deliver in strict timelines. You will join our professional finance team (reporting to Director of Finance).
Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of month-end closing procedures and preparation of quarterly reporting package.
Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Coordinate with subsidiaries finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Develop and implement internal controls including SOX implementation
Monthly/Quarterly analytical review
Work closely with auditors and consultants globally
Undertaking ad-hoc corporate financial tasks and processes including responsibility for the consolidation process
Work Closely with other functional teams to improve business and system processes.
Ensure compliance with various regulation requirements, tax filings, Financial statements, internal controls, policies and procedures.

Requirements:
CPA from one of the Big 4 accounting firms, Experience with High-Tech companies.
At least 5 years of experience in the high-tech department of one of the Big 4 accounting firms or 3 years of experience from a publicly traded company
Experience in NetSuite and Salesforce -advantage
Excellent English (written and verbal)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
