As a Senior Director of Architects at our company, you will be instrumental in shaping and guiding the architectural vision and strategy, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability. You will work in close partnership with product development teams and leadership to ensure the technology roadmap aligns with business and product goals. Your role will also involve guiding architects and other technical leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Through your leadership, you will drive the development of secure, scalable, and innovative cybersecurity products.
Responsibilities:
Direct and matrix responsibility for the entire field of architecture at our company.
Be a member of the highest management level of our company's R&D.
Define and implement architectural vision and strategy, prioritizing scalability, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with product development teams and leadership to align the technology roadmap with business and product objectives.
Manage and guide Architects and mentor other technical leaders, promoting a culture of learning and professional development.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their impact on our company.
