What will you do?
Support the Talent Acquisition team.
Utilize Advanced Search Techniques: Conduct Boolean searches and use X-ray techniques to find candidate profiles across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
Conduct screening calls with candidates.
Leverage Social Media Engagement: Create engaging content and campaigns on social media to attract potential candidates to our company and opportunities.
Networking and Relationship Building: Participate in industry forums, online tech communities, and local meetups to network with potential candidates and learn more about where top talent congregates.
Implement Talent Mapping: Assist in mapping talent pools in specific tech areas by researching and compiling information on potential candidates and industry trends.
Craft Targeted Messaging: Develop personalized outreach messages and email campaigns that effectively communicate opportunities and engage technical talent.
Competitive Analysis: Research competitor hiring practices and market positioning to identify opportunities to differentiate and attract talent.
Maintain Candidate Database: Assist in organizing and updating the candidate database to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and potential pipeline candidates.
Be part of a global HR team, raising ideas, improving current processes and constantly thinking in a creative and out-of-the-box way.

Requirements:
A current student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field, with at least one year remaining in your studies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
