Join a global leader in advanced manufacturing and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge networking solutions.
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our engineering team.
You will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and controlling production processes while ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering for high-complexity electronics.

Preferred:

- Hands-on experience with SMT, PCBA, functional TEST systems, and final assembly processes.

- Experience supporting NPI, ECO implementation, and production ramp-up.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with root cause tools.

- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with networking or data center products.

- Familiarity with PLM tools (Agile) and ERP systems.

- Experience working in a customer-facing environment with global engineering teams.
