About the Role We're looking for a strategic and analytical Growth Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team. Reporting directly to the VP Marketing, this role will take ownership of conversion optimization, sales enablement, and Marketing Automation - leveraging data -driven insights to drive demand and improve performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-moving environment with a can-do attitude and a keen eye for strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities
* Hands-on ownership and optimization of the entire user journeyfrom the first website visit through email campaigns and onboarding flowsturning visitors into customers.
* Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, generate high-quality leads, and enhance website performance.
* Design, build, and optimize landing pages and website elements using Elementor, ensuring a seamless and conversion-focused User Experience.
* Select, manage, and evaluate external vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to boost growth efforts.
* Own the sales enablement process, translating sales needs into effective marketing materials to support conversion rates.
