Position Overview:
Full project ownership from initiation through delivery including R&D coordination, supply chain management, manufacturing, and customer delivery.
Direct management of customer relations throughout the project lifecycle.
Preparation of project documentation and oversight of planning, development, and implementation processes.
Active participation in technical meetings and setting development directions as needed.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
A masters degree in business administration or systems engineering is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years experience managing and leading complex technological projects.
Proven experience working with defense customers must.
Experience with RF systems; experience in electronic warfare (EW) an advantage.
Experience managing customers both in Israel and internationally.
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel abroad as required.
Graduate of a technological or intelligence military unit a significant advantage.
