What Youll Do:
Full payroll management for all company employees, including monthly salary preparation, calculation of hours, vacation, sick leave, overtime, recuperation pay, etc.
Handling monthly reports to external entities: Income Tax Authority, National Insurance Institute, pension funds, managers insurance, provident funds, and advanced study funds.
Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes including forms 101, 161, severance pay release forms.
Managing payslips, deductions, reimbursements, and employee credits.
Monitoring collective/personal agreements, labor laws, and salary updates.
Generating payroll reports and providing salary-related data to management.
Recording and filing supplier and customer invoices; account reconciliations.
Issuing receipts, tax invoices, credit notes, and preparing monthly reports for VAT, income tax, and National Insurance.
Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, suppliers, and customers.
Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for the companys accountant.
Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.

Requirements:
Certified Payroll Accountant.
Bookkeeping certification Level 3 or higher A must (Level 3 preferred).
3+ years of experience in a combined payroll and bookkeeping role.
Proficiency in 'Shiklulit' and 'Michpal' payroll softwares.
Proficiency in 'NetSuite'.
Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and tax regulations.
Full proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
High level of organization, accuracy, personal responsibility, and ability to work independently.
Availability for a part-time position.
Bonus Points If you have:
Experience Working in the high-tech industry/ a global company.
Familiarity with Slack, Workday, FloQast, and prior bookkeeping experience, a plus.
Certified Payroll Accountant.
Bookkeeping certification Level 3 or higher A must (Level 3 preferred).
