Drive innovation, infrastructure design, and performance optimization for a mission-critical system processing petabytes of sports data worldwide.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Oversee complex development projects from design to deployment, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Lead architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and low-latency data processing.
Anticipate delivery risks and technical bottlenecks, implementing proactive solutions for system resilience and scalability.
Collaborate with Product Managers and other teams to align technical roadmaps and feature planning.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software projects from concept to production.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage ambiguity, and commitment to delivering measurable value.
Thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment where experimentation, rapid iteration, and personal ownership are valued.
Bonus Points if you have:
Experience with data collection technologies and challenges such as concurrency, anti-bot defenses, and proxy infrastructures.
Familiarity with the sports data or sports betting industry.
