NVIDIA is seeking an exceptional Senior Integration Manager to build and lead a critical highly skilled engineers within the DOCA Software organization. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of data centers by shaping the development workflow and efficiency of NVIDIA's cutting-edge Data Processing Units (DPUs). As the Senior Manager, Integration Team, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our software development lifecycle. What you'll be doing:

Leading and growing a high-performing team of 20-30 engineers focused on DevOps, integration, build systems, and horizontal tools

Defining and implementing the strategy for integrating advanced AI capabilities into our development workflows and tools, bringing new value to the DOCA ecosystem

Owning and evolving our CI/CD systems to foster seamless collaboration across diverse projects and accelerate release cycles

Driving automation and continuous improvement across our software development processes to enhance quality, reduce manual efforts, and boost overall efficiency

Ensuring the health, growth, and integrity of our development environment, including software tools, hardware equipment, and lab infrastructure

What we need to see:

Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related technical field

8+ years of managerial experience with a proven track record of leading large teams (20+ engineers)

At least 12+ overall years of experience in DevOps, Integration, or related fields

Deep expertise in integration, DevOps methodologies, and tooling, with a strong understanding of modern software development practices

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, coupled with strong scripting and programming skills

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exhibit strong ownership, and drive projects to completion in a dynamic environment

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Extensive experience with AI tools and their practical application in development pipelines

Proven expertise in build systems, optimizations, and incremental build techniques

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration tools

Strong knowledge of code quality and security tools such as Blackduck and Coverity
