We are looking for Junior Solution Engineer to become an integral part of our Professional Services team at Dot Compliance. At Dot Compliance, we strive to ensure customers satisfaction and an effective onboarding process. As a Junior Solution Engineer, you will work closely with professional services global team to support technical activities during customer onboarding stage. You will be working in collaboration with the customers and closely with our, support, product, and customer success teams.

Our ideal candidate should be passionate about learning new technologies, and keen on becoming apart of a growing and dynamic team. You will succeed in this role if you are a problem solver that likes to work with data and people to drive the best solution for both the customer and Dot.

Responsibilities:
Providing technical support and assisting the Professional Services teams ongoing tasks
Implementing customer requirements in DOT Compliance system
System performance testing, validation, and configuration
Customer Training (preparation of training materials and delivering on-site or online training
sessions)
