We are looking for a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic value and deliver measurable results across the organization. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a portfolio of related projects aligned to business goals. You will ensure that dependencies, risks, resources, and communications are well managed to enable consistent and successful outcomes.

What am I going to do?
Lead and manage end-to-end execution of programs across multiple teams or departments.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, roadmaps, and measurable goals.
Align stakeholders and teams around program vision, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects.
Develop and maintain detailed program documentation, reports, and updates for leadership.
Ensure that resources are effectively allocated and budgets are adhered to.
Facilitate effective communication, governance, and decision-making throughout the program lifecycle.
Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across program workstreams.

Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Trello).
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies.
Nice to have:
PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications.
Experience working in a tech, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
Familiarity with business analysis, budgeting, and change management.
