We are hiring a talented SEO Specialist to join the growth team. This role will develop and implement new tactics to drive growth and maximize the organic search channel as a whole(Yes, this includes LLMs). The SEO Specialist will have to make marketing decisions, creatively think outside the box, and work on multiple projects with results-driven goals at the top of their mind.

What am I going to do?
Collaborate with SEO team members to develop and execute effective strategies and tactics.
Develop, Manage, and optimize SEO and LLMs strategies to improve organic visibility.
Monitor and analyze multiple datasets to make data-driven decisions
Work with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure correct implementation of SEO and LLMs recommendations and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and changes with the evolving landscape of search
Research multiple AI and automation solution to scale up performance.

Requirements:
3+ years of SEO experience with an international e-commerce/online company.
Thorough knowledge of search ranking factors, key algorithm updates, and best practice.
Highly familiar with GenAI , both for optimizing your workflow and to deliver business results at scale.
Proficiency in web analytics tools, keyword tools, and SEO tools.
Excellent analytical skills, the ability to interpret data and trends along attention to detail.
Knowledge of the new landscape of search, understanding of GEO and how to optimize for LLMs
A team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
