We're hiring a Motion Control Tech Lead a senior expert.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and validate motor control methods (BLDC/PMSM, gears, drivers)
- Run performance tests (torque, speed, thermal, etc.)
- Guide implementation of FOC, PID, and impedance control
- Align mechanical/electrical design with control goals
- Provide actuator models and limitations to AI teams
- Mentor engineers and streamline TEST processes
- Use lab tools to verify joint dynamics
- Improve actuation precision and system control

- Experience with gear systems and performance testing
- Strong cross-team collaboration and lab testing skills
Advantages:

- Familiarity with motor drivers, EtherCAT, Real-Time monitoring
- Understanding of sensor/actuation limitations in robotics
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering
