Lead and manage the internal AI Program Office for the organization.
Maintain a comprehensive portfolio view of all AI-related initiatives across business units and IT.
Ensure visibility, alignment, and coordination of internal AI efforts across the company.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT to ensure AI initiatives meet the units productivity measures.
Track progress, risks, budgets, and outcomes for AI projects and communicate updates effectively to leadership.
Define and maintain AI governance processes, including standards for reporting, KPIs, risk management, and value realization.
Facilitate steering committees and other forums to drive alignment and decision-making on AI priorities.
Bring hands-on experience in designing

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Program / Project Management, ideally within digital, data, or AI programs.
Hands-on experience building and managing AI agents, including using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or other agentic frameworks.
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, data science principles, Machine Learning basics, and their business applications.
Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bridge the gap effectively.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for AI, you follow the trends, understand the implications, and bring fresh thinking to the table.
