We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software team lead to join our software group. In this role, you'll mentor and guide a developers team
This is a hybrid position, based in Beer Sheva
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering productivity and professional growth
Own the technical direction of projects: architecture, design, and implementation
Collaborate with product managers to align development with business objectives
Manage timelines and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Facilitate integration with other teams and systems across the company
Conduct code reviews and promote engineering excellence
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve efficiency

Proven experience as SW team lead
Solid background in software architecture, design patterns, and clean coding practices
Expertise in.NET Core and Angular
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI or similar
Strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Requirements
