A mature and stable startup developing AI-based robotic solutions for the welding industry is looking for a Head of product

Key Responsibilities:
Define the products vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Build and lead the product management function and future team.
Establish and implement product methodologies, standards, and tools.
Work cross-functionally with R D, engineering, and business teams.
Drive product lifecycle management from concept through launch and post-launch support.
Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer insights, competitors analysis and market trends and research.
Own product specifications, documentation, and communication.
First year is hands-on.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electronics, Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering Mandatory.
M.Sc. / MBA an advantage.
Experience working in start-up / young technology companies.
At least 6 years of experience in senior product management roles.
Proven experience as Head of Product, VP product, or Director of Product.
Experience managing complex products that integrate software, hardware, and AI.
Experience with mechanical engineering development preferred.
Experience and knowledge in welding or steel processing a significant advantage.
Experience and knowledge in industrial manufacturing Mandatory. Experience with Industry 4.0 a significant advantage.
Strong knowledge of traditional software environments such as C #,.NET, Windows, Cient/Server, ability to maintain current systems and transform to new technologies.
High level and fluent in Hebrew and English
