A leading Hi Tech company is looking for Payroll

Manage the end-to-end Israeli payroll process. Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery, including salary payments, taxes, and other deductions. Coordinate with local payroll providers to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Collect and deliver all necessary global payroll data to local teams, ensuring accurate preparation, then review the final payroll results for compliance and correctness.
Ensure compliance with all local, and international payroll regulations. Prepare and submit required payroll tax filings and reports. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global payroll laws and regulations, implementing changes as necessary.
Work with payroll software and systems to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency. Assist in the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and tools. Collabor

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company Must.
Proficiency with Hilan Payroll Must.
Deep understanding of Israeli payroll laws and procedures, with the ability to process payroll independently Must.
Strong written and oral communication skills with a high proficiency in English Must.
Proficient in Excel and Word Must.
Experience with multi-currency bookkeeping and accounting systems Advantage.
Familiarity with tax compliance, including estimated payments, VAT, Nikuim, and Odfot Preferred.
Demonstrates enthusiasm, strong team communication, a proactive work ethic, innovation, and follow-through.
Proficient in NetSuite Advantage
